Plans to buy gma's house..
Grandma has terminal cancer and has been staying with Mom for almost 3 months. I will do whatever needs to be done. If I have to sell my cars I will. Give me any other idea's and thoughts. Feedback is also welcomed.
I plan to save $5-10k myself in the next say 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 months. Currently I have a little over $1000 dollars saved from the last 45 days!!

500 people at $20 = 10,000
Now if 400 people can consider helping with $25 each that would also help and guarantee that I save grandma's house and keep it in the family. I have assumed that $10-15 thousand and a co-signer could secure the property. Over the next two weeks I will check with the bank and get the facts.
Now it could happen in 6 months or the family might have to sell sooner, depends. Either way I am doing my best to make this happen. After we hit the goal we will go to the bank and start the paperwork.
If we want this to happen sooner, thinking realistic 3 months. June,1st, 2012 will be the goal date as it is my birthday also!
250 people could help make it possible with $40 each or 100 people with $100 each. The more you help with the more possible my dream comes.

Thoughts and Idea!! Buying Grandma's House!
I know buying a home could be a good thing but also bad as the housing market is dropping daily. Last month alone my grandma's home dropped !
However a loss isn't my fear and the profit is not either. My goal is to see the house stay in the family. I do not want the 7 Family members to regret selling it for $135-145 for the small $20k each. Either way they see it as a hassle and profit. Greed, what else has america came too? What has america taught you?
